Reclaim.ai Trust Center Updates
We have completed our re-certification under the Data Privacy Framework. This achievement demonstrates that Reclaim provides adequate data protection for the transfer of personal data outside of the EU, UK, and Switzerland and complies with all requirements related to privacy of customer data. We have completed our 2023 Penetration test via HackerOne (who we can highly recommend - excellent experience).

All identified vulnerabilities have been remediated with the exception 2242972 - we have addressed this via rate limiting in our WAF, but it's difficult to retest without DoSing ourselves and impacting the service.
